    How to Heal Leaky Gut

    70% of people are struggling with leaky gut and most don't even know it!! In this episode, I give the 4 R's to healing leaky gut....Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, and Repair. It is important to take your health into your own hands and repair your leaky gut because if left untreated, it can turn into an auto-immune disease and possibly even cancer. 80% of your immune system is in your gut so if you have leaky gut, you have a weakened immune system. Keeping your gut working optimally will help fight cancer and prevent it from forming in the first place.  Fiber is so important for us because it's what sets up our microbiome to be able to work in a capacity that is providing a healthy immune system for us.
