    Everything in Moderation, Including Content

In this episode, I discuss Elon Musk's infamous "pedo guy" tweet in the middle of 2018. So what happens when you call someone a pedo online? How does the law protect victims of online abuse? The answer isn't as straightforward as you might think. Elon Musk's Tweet can be found here. The original judgement can be found here.

In this episode, I discuss the recent ruling from the European Court of Human Rights that grounded the UK's inaugural Rwandan-bound refugee repatriation flight.
