    The 2026 "Triple Crown" City League Champ (100, 200, 400 meters) Nehemiah Mills joins the show with track teammate and All-State hooper Reuben Russell-Holmes, along with head coach Christine Douglas, who lead the team to its first City League Title is school history in 2025 as well as a City League runner up in 2026.
