What The Tigers Taught Me

I recently just listened to the full podcast. One thing that stood out for me was when you spoke about “ learning to forgive “. You mentioned that we can’t heal until we learn to forgive. As a person who has dealt with a lot of childhood trauma. To an extent I also had a psychotic mother. Over the past 9 months. I have had a rocky relationship with my mother. I haven’t spoken with her over the past year. I’ve came to the conclusion in my brain that my biological mother is dead to me. I don’t want anything to do with her. But after listening. I’ve learned that I have a lot of hatred towards her. I have a lot of resentment. I’ve told myself that I will never forgive her for what she has done in the past. But you mentioned we can’t heal until we learn to forgive. I know it is hard. And I may not be there yet. But this episode definitely helped set things in perspective. I may not be able to forgive her now. But this podcast has definitely spoke volumes in my life. Thank you

What a powerful first episode. His voice is so hypnotic and he's an amazing storyteller. I especially enjoyed learning about how to forgive. Highly recommend!!
