While I’m not a biological parent, I parent students every single day. Junior high students at that! Listening to Stephanie helps me not only reflect on how I manage my classroom, but it allows me to feel reinforced when I am doing the ‘hard stuff’ of parenting my students without just a reaction and helps me reconsider some of the ways I interact with my students in all situations.
