The second we feel stuck in our business, not scaling, not signing clients, not seeing the revenue we expected...we immediately run to strategy. We start revising the offer. We tweak the messaging. We buy another course. We assume something tactical must be broken. But what if the real issue isn’t your funnel…it’s your FOUNDATION?
