He is such a kind and wise soul and he knows a lot about transformation after losing a portion of his hand at 11 years old. He has helped me personally so much in calming myself and accepting things even when I’m feeling hectic. He has some tips for us, and we had a wonderful conversation for which I am grateful. He even added a guided meditation at the end.     Last episode, the Paramedics transporting me from the physical rehabilitation center to the hospital for a swallow test realized that I was having a medical emergency. They took me to the emergency room instead ultimately saving my life AGAIN. I thought I had pneumonia again.     This week I finish my initial stay in the Burn ICU at Grady Memorial Hospital and move to a Physical Rehabilitation Center. It’s time to learn to walk again and it’s not going to be pleasant.
