The person who thinks of the world as a toxic place will live a toxic life versus the person who loves the world he lives in.     The HIDDEN Traits Behind The HIGHLY Successful

    There are a lot of gurus out there that talk about what it takes to be successful and a leader, but they don’t even run a company. At best they own a consultant firm, and if you know what I talk about, you know I only take advice from those that do something better than me. So when these gurus talk about making decisions as a team, it gives off the wrong impression because those decisions are made upstairs by the ones who took the risks. It’s always important to work as a team and show empathy but it’s just as important to make hard decisions and stick to what’s best for the company, remember that as a CEO.

    Stay AWAY From THESE Type of TOXIC People

    You don’t need to take other people's opinions seriously. If someone is giving you advice on something they know nothing about, don’t take it! You’d be surprised how many people do that and then they’re scratching their head asking themselves why they are where they are in life. When you take advice, come to your own conclusions or listen to those who have actually done it.
