    In today's episode, I discuss the book: The MotoLady's Book of Women Who Ride by Alicia Mariah Elfving. The book is a wonderfully done hard cover with beautiful photography, featuring some amazing women in motorcycles! The book is broken into sections, including History Makers, Adventurers, Racers and Stunners, Creators, and a small section about the author Alicia Elfving. I discuss some of my favorite stories, but honestly all the stories were amazing!     Episode 3 - Ride Review & Discussion of Types of Motorcycles

    In this episode, I discuss a ride I did recently through a state park in our lovely state of Colorado. On the ride, I road through curvy, sweeping roads, some wind, and got to see some amazing views while visiting a park we've never visited! It was amazing!  I also chat about the various type of motorcycles I've ridden and my thoughts on: Harley/cruiser style bikes, vintage and smaller motorcycles, scooters, adventure (ADV) motorcycles, trikes or 3-wheeled bikes, scooters, sport bikes, dirt bikes, and even side cars!     Episode 2: Review of Alisa Clickenger's Book - Boost Your Confidence Through Motorcycling

    Today, I talk about and give an overview of women's motorcycle author, Alisa Clickenger's book Boost Your Confidence Through Motorcycling: A Women's Guide to Being Your Best Self On and Off the Bike.  In the episode, I discuss what confidence and motorcycles have to do with each other, how to get more confident while riding, some techniques the book shares, how to manage fear, and how to transfer that confidence to your every day life.     Welcome to Pajama Moto! This is Episode #1!  The purpose of my podcast is spread the love of women riding motorcycles and gaining all the positive benefits that come from it! In this episode, I share my personal story of how I got into riding motorcycles, my journey away and back into motorcycling, and some quotes from a book that has helped me overcome some fears I have had with riding motorcycles. I also discuss some of my first bikes and various trials and tribulations of riding, for me personally. Follow me on my journey and let's learn to love ourselves, learn to ride our ride and discuss all things women and motorcycles!  Future episodes will include discussions with other riders, discussions on women's motorcycle clothing, gear, and attire, various types of moto's including scooters, Harley Davison, sport bikes, ADVs, trikes, and everything in between. This podcast will hopefully be a fun and positive addition to your podcast listening repertoire!
