    Jennifer Swann: Mediation in Business and Beyond

    Jennifer Swann is an active and engaged leader in the local, national & international communities. With a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University Jennifer has honed her skills through an active practice that includes service as Lehigh University’s Ombudsman and mediates disputes for Philadelphia’s Eviction Diversion Program, Philadelphia’s Human Relations Commission, Pennsylvania’s Human Relations Commission. Jennifer is an active member of the International Ombuds Association, a board member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators; advisory board member of the Academic Parity Movement and Minnesota Mediation and Restorative Services: and board member, interim chair and secretary for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution. Jennifer Swann retired from a long career as a neuroendocrinologist at Lehigh University having published over 100 peer reviewed articles, abstracts, book chapters and proceedings in the neurosciences, endocrinology and circadian rhythms.     Kristin Pedemonti - Episode 2 - Unveiling the Power of Narrative Therapy

    Founder of Steer Your Story, Kristin Pedemonti believes in the power of story to build bridges of understanding whether in business or our personal lives. Recipient of the International Story Bridge Award for her cross-cultural work, Kristin has presented in 20 countries across five continents. As the first American Storyteller to perform in Iran’s Storytelling Festival in 2015, Kristin was invited to be an “Unofficial Ambassador for Peace.” This year Kristin wrapped up over a decade as Storytelling Consultant and Coach at the World Bank coaching staff across all sectors and 189 countries to tell the human story within complex data and to ask critical questions such as: who are we inviting to the table in our projects? How are we including local knowledge and ways of doing process? With a Master’s in Narrative Therapy, Kristin journeys with clients away from problem-saturated stories towards their preferred life stories.
