    Episode 150 | The Code of Inner-standing: Reclaiming the Intuition

    There was a time when you trusted your body. Before you were told you were too sensitive. Before you were told you were overthinking. Before you learned that listening to yourself might cost you connection.     So much of what we believe about ourselves was never consciously chosen. It was learned early. Repeated often. And absorbed in moments where safety, belonging, or love felt uncertain.
