    Why Jesus Was So Angry | The Day He Flipped Tables | Mark 11

    Picture Jesus walking into the temple with a whip in His hand. Tables are overturned.Coins are scattering across the floor.Animals are running.People are being driven out. Wait… is this the same Jesus we sing about? The gentle Jesus. The compassionate Jesus. The Jesus who welcomed children, touched the hurting, and told the weary to come to Him. So why was Jesus angry? In this episode of Dream Creation Podcast, we go inside one of the most startling moments in the Gospels: Jesus cleansing the temple (Matthew 21:12–13, Mark 11:15–17, Luke 19:45–46, John 2:13–17). But this story isn't only about what happened in Jerusalem. Jesus was confronting something deeper: worship had become transactional. A house of prayer had become a marketplace. And if we're honest, we can do the same thing in our relationship with God. We can start thinking: If I pray enough, maybe God will answer me.If I obey enough, maybe God will bless me.If I perform well enough, maybe God will finally be pleased with me. But what if God never asked you to earn His love? What if your relationship with Him was never supposed to be a transaction? We'll look at Isaiah 56:7, Jeremiah 7:11, and Malachi 3:1–3 to understand what Jesus was revealing when He cleansed the temple—and then bring the story into our own hearts. Because Scripture tells us that we are now temples of the Holy Spirit. So the question becomes: What would Jesus find if He walked into the temple of your heart today? And perhaps the tables He wants to overturn aren't there to shame you. Perhaps they're there to set you free. Your heart is a temple, not a marketplace — you do not have to perform to be loved by God. Hey everyone, quick one from me today. In my last episode I talked about Jesus clearing the temple, and flipping the tables. I want to clarify something. When Jesus flipped the tables, it wasn't the marketplace or the transaction itself that made Him angry. It was greed and dishonesty. The money changers and dove sellers were overcharging people especially the poor and turning the house of prayer into a den of robbers, like Jeremiah 7:11 says. But here's the part I still want us to sit with, because it's just as true today: if they turned His house into a place for profit, are we turning our relationship with Him into a transaction? Are we serving Him only when we want something back? The clarification is about the history, but the question still stands for us today. Thanks for listening.     I Spent $20,000 Trying to Transform My Life… Then I Realized What I Was Really Searching For For the last 10–15 years, I spent more than $20,000 on personal development—books, courses, coaching, programs, healing modalities, and teachings that promised to help me transform my life. I was searching for healing.I was searching for identity.I was searching for purpose.I was searching for answers. But looking back through the lens of my faith in Jesus Christ, I’ve had to ask myself a very uncomfortable question: What if I had been searching everywhere except God? In this deeply personal episode, I share the realization I recently had while talking with a friend: perhaps what I was looking for through years of personal development was something I ultimately needed to seek in God and His Word. This isn't an episode about shaming personal development or pretending that everything I learned along the way was worthless. It's about recognizing the difference between trying to continually improve and fix ourselves—and allowing God to transform us through His truth.     The Kingdom of God Is Within You | Luke 17:21

    What if the season where nothing seems to be happening is actually a season where God is doing something deeper within you?     When Everything Falls Apart, God Is Still With You

    What do you do when your life doesn’t look anything like you thought it would? When the relationship falls apart, the opportunity disappears, the finances become uncertain, the prayer seems unanswered, or you find yourself walking through a season you never expected?     What God Revealed to Me in My Dream | Matthew 5:29-30

    What does Jesus really mean when He says that if your eye causes you to sin, you should tear it out—and if your hand causes you to sin, you should cut it off? That question had been on my heart, and instead of relying on the many interpretations I had heard online, I decided to take the question directly to God. Then something unexpected happened. That night, I had an incredibly intense dream—one that left me questioning what I had experienced and whether I should even give the dream meaning. So I prayed. I spent about an hour talking with God, asking Him for discernment, clarity, and wisdom about what I had experienced. And as I prayed, I began to see a connection between the dream and the very question I had been asking about Matthew 5:29–30. In this episode, I share the experience in real time—including what happened in the dream, why it initially frightened me, what I believe God was showing me through the experience, and the deeper lesson I took away from Jesus' words. But this episode isn't ultimately about a dream. It's about what Jesus was teaching us about taking sin seriously—and what it can actually look like to remove something from your life when you know it is pulling you away from God. And I'm sharing this while I'm currently fasting and praying for my mom as she prepares for surgery, so this conversation is especially personal for me. This is not me coming to you with everything perfectly figured out. It's me sharing what is happening as I seek God, pray, study Scripture, and learn to walk in greater obedience to Him.     What If Your Spiritual Journey Is Taking You Further From God? | My Testimony Part 1

    What if the spiritual path you’re on is actually taking you further from God? For a long time, I believed I was becoming more spiritually awakened. I was exploring manifestation, energy, synchronicities, intuition, healing, and the idea that I could consciously create my reality. And at the time, I genuinely believed I was becoming more connected to something greater. But eventually, I had to ask myself a difficult question: Was this actually bringing me closer to God—or was I putting myself at the center? In this deeply personal episode of the Dream Creation Podcast, I’m sharing part of my testimony and what began to change when I started questioning beliefs I had once built my identity around.     How to Know If It’s God’s Will When You’re Scared & Confused

    Have you ever been afraid you’re going to miss what God has for you? Maybe you’re praying about a decision, an opportunity, a relationship, a career move, a calling, or the next chapter of your life—and you keep asking: “God, is this You?” “What if I make the wrong decision?” “What if I say yes and I’m outside of God’s will?” “But what if I say no and I just turned away something He sent me?” That’s exactly where I found myself this week. Two unexpected opportunities came into my life. I was excited, but I was also hesitant. I started looking for signs, questioning circumstances, and wondering whether my hesitation was actually discernment—or whether fear was disguising itself as discernment. Then I read Luke 11:29–32, where Jesus speaks about the sign of Jonah and the people who demanded a sign. And something stopped me. What if sometimes we’re so focused on asking God for another sign that we’re overlooking what He has already given us? In this episode of the Dream Creation Podcast, I’m sharing the real story of what happened, what I was wrestling with, and what Scripture challenged me to see about discerning God’s will.
