I love Liz’s podcast. Ive tried following several fitness coaches and Liz is hands down the most relatable. She meets you where you are at and shows you where to go from there. I have listened to several episodes multiple times when things aren’t going my way and she really helps me take a deep breath and figure out what I need to do. Love her, hope she can make more episodes. 🥰💗

I love listening to Liz’s podcast while I’m at the gym because it gives me extra motivation to remind me why I’m doing it all. She breaks down concepts really simply, which as a beginner gym go-er, is super helpful. My new favorite podcast!
