Part of Your World: The Disney Animated Podcast

Has its moments and could be something really good, but the hosts get WAY too into their virtue signaling at times that it borders on pathetic and ruins the show for me. There are obvious examples that should be called out and commented on (the depiction of Natives in Peter Pan being an egregious example) but trying to attribute transphobia to Cinderella because she chose a male set of clothing for a male mouse and not a dress? Get over yourselves and get a grip! The movie came out 75 years ago, it’s ridiculous trying to impose modern day sensibilities on media almost a century old, and I highly doubt the animators were sitting around twirling Snidely Whiplash mustaches and cackling about how they can stick it to trans people when they made that scene. I say that as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, ease off on the Soapbox Sadie stuff a little, it can get obnoxious
