Ep 20 - A Brief History of Steroids in America

USA! USA! Since it is still July, let's have a country specific episode. You will hear about our first un-official sponsor of the pod, the birth of steroids in our great land, and what the godfather of it all thinks about his invention. If you are looking to start or expand your hemp journey, give us a visit at silvercityhemp.com #LiveStrong

    Ep 19 - Cruisin'

Howdy Ho friends and neighbors, we're back on land and back on the airways. This episode is all about my first cruise and the adventure it was to just get there. I talk about what it was like aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship and what I thought of all four ports we stopped in. I will be returning to my weekly schedule of shows now that we've settled back in and boy do we have some updates for you. #LiveHowYouWannaLive

Ep 18 - Katie from One Room Education

Summer break may be around the corner but school is in session on Nothingholic this week. I chat with Katie from One-Room Education about her experiences as a homeschooled student as well as a public educator. She discusses some of the challenges that teachers face and proposes some of her solutions to those issues. We also get a knowledge bomb dropped on us about the school year schedule! Want to know why we separate those students who don't learn as quickly as others? Well Katie spills the beans! If you would like to learn more about One-Room Education you can find them at one-roomeducation.com You can reach Katie on Twitter @oneroom_ed and you can catch their podcast The State of Education, Presented by One-Room Education #LiveKnowledgeably

    Ep 17 - Monkey Business

On today's episode we talk about all things monkeys. I discuss the St James Davis story, capuchin monkeys, Jack the Baboon, and Koko the Gorilla. Do you have your own monkey story? Send it in to nothingholicpod@gmail.com Until next time, #LiveCuriously my friends

Ep 16 - Adrenaline Junkie, Cruise Ship Prep, and HEADLINES

Another hot steaming pile of audio as episode 16 is here! In this one I discuss my emerging adrenaline junkie, cruise ship prep, and we have headlines to discuss! Does anyone actually read these show notes? I mean, I lay out the episode in the title so really no need to read these. Yet, here we are. #LiveAdventurously

Ep 15 - Working Out and Making TikTok Mad

I didn't realize it, but it is one year to the day of our first episode and my how things have changed! Today is a relaxed episode all about me (everyone's favorite guest). I tell how I made a small corner of TikTok mad, give myself praise for working out, and talk about an exciting upcoming trip that is now my motivation to get fit...just a little bit at least. #LiveLoose🤙

Ep 14 - So You Want A Dog?

For the first time in almost a year, we are joined by C-Dawg (that's her government name at least). We explain our ill-fated Valentine episode and try to run through what it would have consisted of. The main topic of this episode is discussing our lives as dog parents. Thinking of getting a dog or already love multiple fur babies? Maybe you don't belong to either of those groups, but this episode is for everyone! Hear some of our trials and tribulations with our own dogs and use this as either a good learning opportunity before jumping into dog parenthood or take this as a sign that there are people going through the same things that you are with your own dogs!  #LiveLikeYourDog

Ep 13 - The Nothingholic Special

Lucky number 13 and with no guests lined up I thought I would clear some of the headlines I've been saving up for the last few months. They range from funny, strange, and plum unnecessary. #FetchMeAnotherBeer
