    I’m Proud of Myself, But I’m Tired | Season 4 Finale | Ep. 120

Welcome to Episode 120 of Kultivation w/ Kevie! As we close the chapter on Season 4, I wanted this finale to be different. Originally, I thought this episode would be another nostalgia-centered conversation. Maybe a tribute to a favorite cartoon, a beloved character, or one final trip back to some of the stories that helped shape so many of us. But the more I reflected on this season, the more I realized there was another conversation I needed to have first... A personal one. In this solo season finale, I'm opening up about burnout, survival mode, feeling behind, creative exhaustion, and the pressure that can come from constantly trying to build something meaningful while managing the realities of everyday life. After spending months balancing podcasting, editing, networking, travel, content creation, home projects and working night shift as a nurse, I found myself asking a simple question: "Kevie, how are you really doing?" This episode is about what I discovered when I finally stopped long enough to answer that question honestly. I talk about the hidden cost of always being the strong one, the danger of tying our worth to productivity, the guilt that often comes with resting, and the realization that consistency without balance can quietly become self-neglect. I also share some of the lessons this season taught me about growth, resilience, unrealistic expectations, comparison and giving ourselves permission to release the things we were never meant to carry forever.  If you've ever felt exhausted while still being grateful, overwhelmed while still being blessed, or behind while still making progress, I hope this conversation reminds you that two things can be true at the same time. Most importantly, I hope it reminds you that rest is not weakness. Sometimes letting go is how we finally move forward. 🧡 Thank you for an incredible Season 4. 🔗 Stay Connected Instagram | Threads | TikTok | Facebook | LinkedIn 🌐 Website ✨ If this episode resonated with you, share it with someone who has been carrying too much, putting too much pressure on themselves, or simply needs permission to rest.
