Sebastiaan Hooft holds a residency at Tomorrowland Rooftop Sessions Ibiza, where he plays alongside DJs such as Carly Wilford, Paco Osuna, and Franky Wah. His productions have entered the Beatport Top 100 and earned support from Carl Cox and Joris Voorn. Previous residencies include Amsterdam's ClubNL and Escape, where his nights were named "Hottest Club Night in the City" by DJguide. He has performed across Europe. As the founder of Redesign Records, he hosts two podcast series, The Midnight Project and In Session Ibiza, both of which rank in the 1001 Tracklists Top 100. Electronic music has been his life's constant since the age of 13, when he was already making mixtapes and working the counter of a record store, helping customers who would go on to become international DJs. He lives on Ibiza with his partner and golden retriever.

    March on the island carries a different kind of energy. The light shifts. The days stretch. The rhythm slowly returns to the dancefloor. This month’s In Session Ibiza is built for that transition. Deeper grooves, rolling basslines, and a constant tension between underground pulse and open-air freedom. I open with the hypnotic swing of Dennis Cartier’s La Call, setting a low-slung tone before moving into the raw drive of DJ Oliver on Mindshake. Hidden Empire follows with No Rules on Truesoul, stripped, powerful, uncompromising. There is a special moment in the middle of the set with Andruss and his rework of La Bohemia featuring the timeless voice of Charles Aznavour. Emotional, but still firmly rooted in deep tech territory. Pablo Say and DREYA V push the energy forward, while TMPR and L9, alongside Edris Omar and Rimbano, bring that late-night groove that feels like 3 AM in a dark Ibiza basement. The final stretch lifts with R3WIRE, Noah Scannell, and David Lowe, before Zurra’s Bada Boom and the collaboration between Benny Benassi and Fideles close the journey. Modern, melodic, and still grounded in the underground. This mix reflects exactly where my sound sits right now. Percussive. Hypnotic. Groove-led. Built for intimate rooms and open-air sunsets alike.     In Session Ibiza February 2026

    The skies over Ibiza have cleared. After weeks of storms, the island is finding its rhythm again. This February edition of In Session Ibiza is shaped by that return to calm, a moment to reconnect with the pace beneath everything. We open with Glow Up, the latest release from B Jones. The title says enough. Wishing her a smooth and steady recovery as the track makes its way into the world. It felt right to begin this journey with her. From there, the session features a balance of familiar names and emerging voices. Robbie Rivera brings his unmistakable signature. WeMart appears twice in the mix, both solo and in collaboration with La Madone, two producers currently moving with real intention. Bob Sinclar returns in a reworked form by Thomas Schumacher, giving new life to a classic. David Penn and KPD continue to bring high-quality output, while Myd, Mele, and Bethanie Home offer something unexpected. Roland Clark and DJ Le Roi deliver a moment of reflection, and Thomas Bangalter’s edit of DJ Mehdi's Signatune takes the spot as this month’s classic, a track that still carries weight. Later in the session, ZULE PAZ appears. She's been gaining attention here on the island, and it’s clear her sound is starting to resonate. Ibiza listens closely when something genuine starts to move. The set closes with strong material from ESSE, Herrera, Nico Fleitas, Sebastian Quiroz, and Tito Jara. Names to follow, and names to feel. There’s a thread of tension running through this mix, with moments that let go into full release.     Ibiza in winter is a different kind of magic. Intimate, grounded, and full of intention. As the island breathes into the new season, the music thrives in private villas, hillside hideouts, and underground spots where connection comes first. This mix brings together a crew of artists who are shaping that sound. HUGEL, Kurd Maverick, and Flashmob bring pure energy and rhythm, fueling the spaces where people still come together to dance. GruuvElement’s, Silvie Loto, and Melanie Ribbe offer deep, rolling grooves that feel perfectly tuned for this time of year. Warm, textured, alive. George Privatti, Chris Di Perri, and Ordonez push things forward with precision and flair. At the same time, artists like Josh Samuel, Chris Campos, and Castion keep the floor moving with their bold, contemporary edge. Each track is part of a wider story rooted in community, creativity, and the pulse of a lifestyle that is constantly evolving. With the close of ADE in Amsterdam, the Ibiza club season also reaches its final chapter. This year wrapped with memorable sessions at Tomorrowland, Casa Linda, and De Tulp.     This month’s episode is shaped by the rooftop energy I’ve been living every week throughout September at the Tomorrowland Rooftop Sessions in Ibiza. The opening track is a special one. It’s my edit of In My Ear by my gym buddy, Like Mike, setting the tone with a raw yet elegant groove. From there, the mix flows through private edits and standout selections from artists like Nicole Moudaber, Castion, and Rafael Cerato. Midway through, a heavy cut from Discip lifts the energy, while a classic from Orlando Voorn and Format reminds us of the foundations this sound is built on.
