    Carnivore Claims & Critical Thinking. A Dietitian Weighs In. With Andres Ayesta

    Okay, so here’s the deal. The wellness world is loud. Everyone has an opinion, everyone’s selling something, and half the time you’re left wondering if seed oils are killing you or if kale is somehow controversial now. 🙃   Enter: Andres Ayesta, a registered dietitian and certified spots nutritionist, who’s not afraid to call out the BS.
