    242. Practicing What You Preach

    You know the old adage "practice what you preach", well today we dive into how this can be easier said than done. We preach a lot about trusting in God and the process. Selecting the version of reality you want/life you want to live and trusting that you will get there. Well, while this is true, it can be a bit tough to stay in faith when obstacles appear to get in the way. We talk about how we experience these obstacles and why faith is key when they arise.     235. Outwork Everybody: Olympian Mindset with Colton Brown

    Today, we are joined by two-time Judo Olympian, Colton Brown, who shares his story of dedication, hard work, and success. Colton started Judo at 7-years old, and despite his disinterest in the sport originally, Colton learned from his losses to become one of the best in the country. Colton is a two-time Olympian who competed in the Rio and Tokyo Olympics (2016 & 2021, respectively) and was a three-time National champion at San Jose St., where he captained the team for his entire tenure. Colton's recipe to success is straight forward; he will outwork you. This, mixed with his genuine care for his people, has allowed for success also in business. Colton is the founder and owner of Colton Brown Training Center, in Warren NJ. The gym boasts an impressive growth of 500 members in 4 years.
