    What happens when we move in meditation? Why is it so much more than another 'fitness routine'? You'll find a personal story in response to these questions in this episode! No longer separate, but a part of it all.     Squeeze the Juice

    Do you have experiences you seem to relive? I sure do But this time, I am Persevering with something entirely new Yes, once again it looks like death and destruction but I’ve grown so weary (almost bored) of all the drama from the mind 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 So let’s not Let’s just not I am not a victim This is coming from somewhere, let’s trace it back If it’s coming toward me, it is coming from within me That’s not to blame nor shame When I see my part, no matter how small, it removes the feeling of victimization for me As I learn how to go inward and find integrity, hold and give myself what I need, and take responsibility for my part in it, I feel less and less like a victim to what happens As I take what I discover within and effect a change, I am empowered And so, and so, let’s do it with this “big” circumstance As I contemplate this experience I am tempted into the story line Into blame and victimhood But there is juice in the reflection Helpful bits, unhelpful bits An image came to mind - a lemon being squeezed And in the image I see, I can take the nourishing juice and leave the rest I recorded an Intimate Audio, you’re invited to listen, I’ll place the link below if you feel called I’d love it if you’d like to share any reflections or shares Moving Meditations is offering Mini sessions online, have you checked one out yet?     Let Them Love You - Gene Keys 12 & 11

    How do the Gene Keys inform us from within? How are the incredible changes I’m celebrating happening? I’ve begun some new things Life is interesting, exciting, engaging, playful I don’t mean to say there are no problems It’s just I’ve reoriented myself entirely around them I now use them, including the pain, the suffering, oh the agony (and yes, it sure feels real and true in the moment) to see something new - to find more love Because the thing I know to be true, even when this mind restricts me from experiencing it, is it is A L L love It is only the shadow obscuring the light, a trick of the mind telling me this is a problem How am I waking up? Some are asking I’m endeavoring to share and guide And it’s weird because this new paradigm is not the old The things I say and share seem to be the opposite of what people want and expect to hear And I think that’s the secret sauce, the answers we’ve been looking for aren’t at all what the mind expects, or even respects I’ve started recording intimate audios for your profile, would you like one?     Finding Core Stability feels like I’m surfing the face of a powerful wave Balanced, poised, confident, free, exhilarated Here is what I know It is safe to be you and it’s safe to be me It may not feel like it, but it is All we have to do is consciously place our feet on the earth For when we ground into our purpose, we activate our core stability Neglecting our purpose, we struggle (ha, Gene Key 38 is my purpose) And boy-howdy have I been unsure of how or where to ground my feet The earth has felt ever-shifting Turns out I really needed to g r o u n d, for I was the unstable one, everything is flowing through us, unstable co-creates unstable Are you working with your Gene Keys profile? I find it to be the key to intimacy, intimacy with me Turn inward Everything we seek is there I’ve asked and I am receiving Show me what I don’t yet see How do I anchor into my purpose? How do I activate my core stability? And what happens when I do?     A Core Stability Share I'm on an expansive journey of self illumination with the transmission known as the Gene Keys The Gene Keys invite us into an incredible inner world - a world in which we see how we are co-creating our experience One of the promises of the Gene Keys is Core Stability It is safe to be you It is safe to be me I mean it is genuinely safe to show up in this world as ourselves  -something I've never believed  something it feels like I've rarely experienced Until now Turns out I've been I  confused about how life works I've been believing the main stream and things that just aren't true But now the Gene Keys are reorienting me and opening me up to a whole new world One of truth, one where my heart gets to sing rather than wither  This life is a beautiful exploration  Who are you?
