I really enjoy listening to each episode! I like how real and open they both are about each topic. Even though they are not licensed the tips they give and how they have handled their own situations are really helpful and make you feel like you are not alone.

This is getting eerie. I have a conversation with my therapist then a new episode comes out and it’s like we are continuing my session. Twice now you both are on the same page as my therapist. I do have to say, you guys are much funnier than she. Much love
