  1. Recovering a Sense of Integrity: Embodied Companion to The Artist’s Way Part 4

    3H AGO

Recovering a Sense of Integrity: Embodied Companion to The Artist’s Way Part 4

In Episode 4 of this 12 part minisode devotional series, I explore what it means to recover a sense of integrity and reconnect with wholeness inside creativity, family life, responsibility, and devotion. I share personal reflections about recording this series while caring for my 2 boys, my husband, our dogs, our home, and navigating a head cold, and how integrity has been teaching me that creativity and caregiving can belong inside the same life. I also reflect on my relationship with perfectionism and how perfection can sometimes disguise itself as integrity, while true integrity invites alignment with values, honesty, and compassion for our humanity. Inspired by Chapter 4 of The Artist’s Way, this episode explores integrity as living in alignment with your creative truth rather than striving for flawless performance. This episode includes a gentle breathwork and visualization designed to help you gather the scattered parts of your life, reconnect with your inner alignment, and remember your wholeness. You are encouraged to move through this series in order, daily or weekly, and consider choosing an inspiration partner to witness the journey with you. If this work is resonating and you feel drawn to go deeper, I offer a private 12 session breathwork journey inspired by the chapters of The Artist’s Way. This is a space to be fully held as you embody the themes and recover yourself with support: https://www.sageandblushwellness.com/purchase/p/12-transformational-breathwork-reiki-the-artists-way-series I am also hosting The Authentic Creative: Breathwork and Reiki by the Sea, a women’s retreat taking place May 3-6 on the Oregon Coast. Recovering a Sense of Power: Embodied Companion to The Artist’s Way Part 3

In Episode 3 of this 12 part minisode devotional series, I explore what it means to recover a sense of creative power and reconnect with the part of you that has choice, agency, and voice, even when doubt, fear, or past experiences have made that feel distant. I reflect on how power is often misunderstood and how many sensitive and creative people learn to distance themselves from power because it has been modeled as control, dominance, or perfection. This episode explores how creative power lives in presence, small choices, and the willingness to begin before certainty arrives. I also share personal reflections on how being a healer, wife, mom and retreat leader helped me experience power as something that emerges when ego softens, and how that freedom can be remembered and accessed through breath, creativity, and presence in everyday life. This episode includes a gentle breathwork and visualization designed to help you reconnect with your inner authority, release fear around creative expression, and step toward your life with greater trust in your own voice. I encourage you to move through this series in order, daily or weekly, and consider choosing an inspiration partner to witness the journey with you. If this work is resonating and you feel drawn to go deeper, I offer a private 12 session breathwork journey inspired by the chapters of The Artist’s Way. Recovering a Sense of Identity: Embodied Companion to The Artist’s Way Part 2

In Episode 2 of this 12 part minisode devotional series, I explore what it means to recover a sense of identity and reconnect with the creative self underneath roles, labels, and expectations. I reflect on growing up as the eldest daughter and being labeled as difficult or too much, and how reclaiming early identities can become part of creative and emotional liberation. I also share realizations from guided ceremonial mushroom journeys that revealed how fluid identity can be and how freedom can be remembered through breath, creativity, and presence. This episode includes a gentle breathwork and visualization designed to help you release limiting labels and reconnect with your authentic voice. I encourage you to move through this series in order, daily or weekly, and consider choosing an inspiration partner to witness the journey with you. Welcome to Episode 1 of a 12 part devotional, embodied companion to The Artist’s Way. This series is an invitation to walk chapter by chapter through one of the most enduring creative and spiritual texts of our time as a lived, embodied experience. In this opening episode, we begin where the book begins: with safety. Money Loves Me: Unconditional Love & the Embodiment of Abundance with Farah Orths

In this episode, I dialogue with Farah Orths, Hay House author of Money Loves Me, a channel, musician, and spiritual mentor devoted to bringing unconditional love of the Divine into the human realm and the felt sense of self. Together, we explore money as a powerful doorway into the deeper work beneath the numbers: nervous system safety, embodied receiving, shame and worthiness, and the remembrance that abundance is something you can actually hold. What we cover • Why money mirrors where we do not yet feel safe to receive love, support, and life itself • How scarcity and shame can live in the body, and why unworthiness is often the root beneath overgiving, undercharging, and proving • “Containers of Divine love” and how devotion and ceremony help the nervous system soften into trust • Simple embodied practices to open receivership, including consciously receiving the support of the chair, bed, or earth beneath you • The loyalty to suffering and the fear of leaving your lineage or tribe behind when you choose ease • A mini money ceremony to alchemize shame into honesty, love, and self trust “Your humanness is not a block to your magnetism. There’s nothing wrong with your humanness.” - Farah Orths Website: farahorths.com  Instagram: @farahorths If this episode moved something in you and you are ready to expand your capacity to feel good and receive with more safety and self trust, I would love to support you.
