By age 25, Auld was recruited by a group of investors and Doctors to establish, open, and manage Vida-Flo, a medical franchise (PLLC) in Wilmington, NC. She built Vida-Flo Wilmington from the ground-up where her team broke the franchise national sales records, at which time Sara was called upon to assist the growth of and flip of additional franchises around the country. By age 27, Sara formed Upper, which is an augmentation of the legacy American healthcare system - identified as the Health System for Wellness, which aims to solve the inaccessibility of wellness and natural medicine by making elite human health effortless/mindless.
