    Erwan Le Corre is the founder of something called MovNat, which you're going to learn a lot about in this episode.  He's also set some pretty wild records when it comes to holding your breath.   In 2021 he set the US national static apnea record for men under 50 when he held his breath for 6 minutes and 46 seconds.  In 2023 he set a new record, this time for the men's 50+ when he held his breath for 7 minutes and 29 seconds.     Diving Sunken Cities - Eric Wartenweiler Smith

    Eric Wartenweiler Smith is a research vessel captain and scientific diver who likes to share his excitement for scientific exploration, and the creative processes that drive and inspire many explorers.   Having participated in the discovery and excavation of sunken Egyptian Cities and historic shipwrecks, developed  new tools for finding un-exploded bombs, and supervised world record setting dives into volcano crater lakes for NASA, he often gets to interview explorers in the field and ask them what made them get up off the couch and go do such crazy things.   He speaks to diverse groups at universities, museums, and cultural institutions and has appeared in documentary films on he Discovery Channel, History Channel, in radio interviews on NPR and the BBC.   Eric lives in Key West Florida with his wife, artist Teresa Willis.     Regenerative Ranching and Observational Science: The Jason Wrich Story

    Jason is a first generation, regenerative cattle producer and the owner of Wrich Ranches, a diversified angus cattle operation in Crawford, Colorado. Jason and his family raise and sell conception to plate, grassfed and finished beef as well as locally adapted, high altitude registered angus bulls. Wrich Ranches covers over 4000 acres of leased ground ranging from 6000' to 10,000' in elevation. Observational Science is a phrase Jason has coined for what you can learn by utilizing all your senses. Time spent in the field and in your cattle herd will usually tell you everything you need to know. Having said that, Jason still uses every tool available to improve soil health and herd genetics including planned, intensive rotational grazing, soil and forage analysis and artificial insemination. Civic involvement is a priority for Jason as he sits on many boards and is currently the president of the Colorado Angus Association. Jason's most recent project is his involvement with the Beefinitiative, having hosted the second conference at his ranch in Crawford, CO. Giving ranchers a voice and helping them escape from the market capture we are in currently drives Jason.
