    Welcome to Part 3 of Dr. Pamela Henkel’s “Your Life Is Not Random” series, a guided meditation designed to help you become still, quiet your mind, connect with God, and recognize the purpose within your current season. In this meditation, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, focus on your breathing, release anxiety and pressure, and become present to what God may be showing you right now. Are you building, rebuilding, healing, restoring, or learning? Whatever season you're in, you don't have to force it. You can nurture it through prayer, reflection, and intentional listening. Dr. Pamela explores grace as God's empowerment working within you and encourages you to look at what is already in front of you. The people, opportunities, conversations, ideas, gifts, talents, and responsibilities in your current life may be connected to your next step. Using the biblical example of Moses and his shepherd's staff, she reminds us that we don't need a complete map for our lives. Sometimes, we simply need to recognize what is already in our hand and trust God for the next step.     Your Life is Not Random, Part 2 - Marry your Purpose, Date your Plan

    What if your purpose hasn't changed, even though your plans have? In Part 2 of the 3-part series, “Your Life Is Not Random,” Dr. Pamela Henkel continues the conversation about discovering and recognizing your God-given purpose. Your purpose is not something you have to manufacture through your own strength. God has placed ability within you, and your responsibility is to be willing to say YES, even when you don't know exactly how everything will unfold. One of the powerful concepts in this episode is: “Marry the purpose and date the plan.” Your purpose can remain constant while your plans change, pivot, or take an entirely different direction. A change in plans does not mean you've missed God or gotten off track. Sometimes, you're simply moving into a different season.
