Grey 17 - A Babylon 5 Podcast

I am 16 episodes into this podcast and I am loving it. I watched the series when it came out in the 90s and many times later in reruns and then on the DVDs I bought years ago. I love the premise of the podcast where the newbies give a fresh impression and and then my fellow First Ones delve deep into the history and context. I identify too strongly with one of the characters (I won’t spoil it by saying which) and I am hoping listening to the podcast will let me relive it without reliving the feeling of betraying who and what I cared about. So far, so good.

If you’re new to the show or remember searching for what insane hour the next episode would air, this is the Babylon 5 podcast you’re searching for. I love the different takes a mixed group of newbies and fans of old brings. It feels like early days talking with fans — perhaps even _more_ welcoming to newbies. From the ridiculous to the profound, every episode is more than worth listening to. You’ll find yourself wanting to join the conversation. (I’m saving the Beyond the Rim sections for my next rewatch, but I’m confident they’re just as good.)

When John left it died . This podcast is just insufferable liberal know it all douches .. who looove to throw political agendas they favor into every episode to twist it their way . Can’t wait for this to end and you all disappear

I still have no desire to finish listening to these chucklenuggets suffer thru season 5 or Crusade or the follow up movies or the novels… This pod died when John left.
