Lauren and Sylvie express contrasting opinions on issues like should office hookups be allowed and is Tiktok ruining the music industry? The co-hosts also challenge each other in a “Would You Rather” rapid fire. At the end of the day, the hot take culture is more than just a trend. We should be able to freely express our opinions and be respectful of other people’s hot takes.

From post-grad euphoria to post-grad slump,  the co-hosts didn't shy away from sharing the obstacles they've overcome and the tips and advice they've used to cope with mental health issues.
