Community Recap

Since I have been out of work sick this week, I have been able to catch up on the Stories series. What a blessing it has been! So many times I have felt like I’m the only one going through something, but this church has taught me that I am never alone. We have such a great community that walks alongside us and everyone has their own story to tell. I love our church!

Listening to everyone’s testimonies and, although different in many ways, hearing the struggles we all go through helps to not feel so alone in life. Then hearing how Jesus is so good to swoop in and save us all out of our self destruction is so powerful and encouraging. I love this podcast and I love that Jesus is in the middle of it all!!

The stories episodes in particular have been a huge encouragement to me. Hearing people's stories, the vulnerability and the authenticity of them, not only lends itself to growing closer in community with others but is a testimony to God's goodness. On a personal level, every single story episode I've listened to has had an aspect of it that I resonate with deeply and I didn't expect that, so I love listening to them!

This podcast is a blessing to my heart every week. Leaning into the sermons a little more after each Sunday has deepened my understanding of the Bible, encouraged me to do more of my own learning and strengthened my relationship with Christ. Also, seriously love Stories. Here for it all!
