    A safe night inside the outpost quickly turns into something much bigger. After their meeting with the leadership council, Annabel, Quinn, Miller, and Thelandor settle into the outpost to plan their next move. With survivors from Norvale still potentially wandering the frozen wilderness, the group agrees to spend the next few days searching the surrounding lands and bringing anyone they can find back to safety. ❄️🏰 But the outpost has bigger plans for them. Word of their exploits spreads quickly. The leadership council believes the party may be exactly the kind of adventurers capable of entering the mysterious portal that sits behind the outpost walls—a gateway that leads somewhere unknown and possibly holds the key to defeating the Gnoll warlord Arrax. 🌌 Inside the portal lies chaos. The terrain changes. The destination is never the same. Explorers must search for another portal just to return home. Some have made it back… others never did. 👁️ Still, the scholars believe the wizard who created the portal left clues behind. Three powerful artifacts—components of the spell itself—may still exist somewhere within the shifting realm beyond the gate. If recovered, they could reveal the wizard’s true purpose… and possibly uncover a weapon strong enough to challenge Arrax, the rising demigod vessel of the savage god Naku Rog. ⚔️🔥 As the group reflects on their battle against the cultists and the growing threat across the realm, curiosity begins to outweigh fear. The weapon is sealed away, but its implications linger. ⚔️👁️ While Amelia recovers and Brenna’s wounds are examined, the group begins to understand just how fragile this refuge truly is. Beyond the walls, the gnolls still hunt. Beyond the chapel, gods still meddle.
