    7.11- Endometriosis, Women's Health, & Pilates

In this episode of The Pretty Little Lifters Podcast, I’m joined by pilates instructor, actor, and filmmaker Ester Mira. I met Ester when I started going to Evoken Studio for pilates. I remember taking her class and thinking she had such a calming vibe and I could tell she was passionate about what she did. We started chatting outside of class and it was fun to connect with her while we checked out new pilates studios or vented about women’s health issues and access. We were chatting one day and started venting about endometriosis and thought it’d be nice to talk about this over a podcast episode so she could share her experience with other women so they wouldn’t feel so alone in this.  We’ll cover… -how she got into pilates instruction -challenges with being a pilates instructor -her experience with endometriosis -lack of research and progress with women’s health And more! —-------- Want to support PLL?
