Join Kyle and his good mate, former Man City, Tottenham and Sheff Utd midfielder Michael Brown, as he takes us through life at one of the world's most historic and glamorous clubs: AC Milan. He reveals the challenges as he adapts to La Dolce Vita in Italy, while continuing to discuss what it's like taking on some of the world's top players and teams at the very highest level. Can he help Milan return to the Champions League? How different is Serie A to the Premier League and will he learn to speak Italian? Kyle will continue to give his thoughts on the latest football news from England and be joined by some of his good mates from his time in the game.     Pep Guardiola’s Dinky Do

    We’re getting tough on this week’s episode of the pod as Kyle and Browny chat about physicality. Kyle reveals which two Tottenham midfielders used to have bone crunching tackles in training, what is Pep Guardiola’s go-to-skill on the training field and which other Premier League boss still had it when he joined in with the lads. Browny rates the toughest tacklers he faced in his era, Kyle compares Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly to a former team-mate and explains why Virgil van Dijk rarely needs to go to ground. They also discuss how things can get a bit tasty in a match between starters and non-starters before a game and if players ever tried to injure a team-mate in order to get themselves into the manager’s eleven.     Kyle explains what was behind his widely-publicised chat with Joao Felix in the Napoli tunnel at half-time where he was heard saying, “Just pass the ball - we are not Messi.” This leads to a chat about heated debates in the dressing room and whether he and Michael Brown preferred an arm around the shoulder or a kick up the backside.
