    Guiding the Vision

    What do you expect from a salesperson? High pressure tactics? Emotional manipulation?  Relentless talking?       Sadly, many salespeople utilize these tactics, and some businesses even promote them! Sales is necessary but does not need to be a necessary evil.  Salespeople are not just essential to businesses.  They are essential to clients as well.  As Henry Ford wisely said, “Nothing happens until someone sells something”.  The approach a business takes to sales makes all the difference.
