You’ll learn the key differences between lubrication and arousal, the conditions your vagina actually needs to respond, and the common factors that interrupt that response.  I also share a simple daily practice to gently rebuild sensation, circulation and trust in your vulva, so your system can come back into openness at a pace that feels right for you.
