Knowing your story-but using a comma

Your story isn’t a period. It’s a comma. What’s happened to you is real—but it isn’t where you end. In this episode, Love dives into healing our stories and talks about how we get stuck in our stories and how to get unstuck, how the power of our narratives and stories show up in how we live day to day and that we are allowed to rewrite our story at any given moment! 1) How we get stuck in “what was” and “what should’ve been.” 2) The power of narrative: we don’t choose what happens, but we do choose how we hold it. 3) Rewriting your story as ongoing, alive, still unfolding.
