Feel Good Fun

I don’t follow the workouts in the episodes, but this has become one of my favorite pods. I can’t even remember how I came across the gals, but I am so glad I did! I’m currently going through the early episodes and am even listening to the holiday ones in the middle of September because it feels like chatting with besties while I’m running or just running errands. Shelby and Christine have beautiful souls.

Great fun for long runs

Shelby and Christine may anchor two different teams (Team Savory and Team Sweet, respectively), but they’re two peas in a pod. This podcast is exactly your cup of tea (or coffee) if you’re a runner who occasionally needs some distraction, encouragement, and company while you log your miles. Running alone is no fun—come join the bRUNch crew and their guests.
