    Most Evil Guy 3.08: starting now

    The season 3 finale of BARRY rips our hearts out as both we--and Barry--realize that there is no more starting over, "starting now." Sally fights then flights, Hank is visited by his own vengeance panther (real panther included!), and Gene finally shows us why he deserved to have his own acting school.     Get ready for a wild ride (upon a motocross bike, perchance) in Season 3, Episode 6 of BARRY: "710N." We spend some time breaking down the Donnie Darko-esque timeline of the Albert-Sharon-Fuches interactions, and ponder the pastry hierarchy that made Mitch a culinary sensation (and a casual therapist/oracle).     Most Evil Guy 3.05: crazytimeshi*tshow

    We have one job: it's to pick a Most Evil Guy. Yet we failed to do it again. Why? This episode is a crazytimesh*tshow (that's the name of the episode, we can't cut that!). Season 3, Episode 5 of BARRY gives us a lot to talk about, whether directly (Albert is back...somehow) or indirectly (Rhi builds her Barbie Supreme Court of funny TV ladies). We break down every photo in Barry's creativity collage for Sally, criticize The Algorithm, and encourage Emily Heller to secret-tweet us the mermaid emoji if she can in fact take credit for coming up with "BanShe."     Halfway through Season 3 of BARRY, we may have finally found some things to question about the show, and the theme of episode 3.04 is "That's a weird choice." Rhi gets nostalgic for BWW sauce, Jamie Lynn learns that Joe Mantegna is NOT a football player, and we welcome Monica Reyes (not her real name nor her character's name) to the BARRY family. We also discuss Hollywood's beneficent attitude towards those in the industry helping veterans (#stolenvalor).     Most Evil Guy 3.02: Limonada

    Season 3 of BARRY keeps the manic ball rolling in Episode 2: "Limonada." Cristobal tries to support his local lemonade stand, Sally orders spaghetti to smooth over her domestic situation, and Gene almost becomes dog food for 40 dogs owned by a (very dumped) lesbian. The magic of BARRY is that it makes us laugh even as it bums the f*&k out of us, and this episode is no exception.
