We are passionate about educating, empowering and equipping women of all ages and backgrounds to deepen their relationship with self, God and others. Priscilla and I have our own unique testimonies, and that God beautifully brought us together to share the same freedom we experienced in our walk with Christ. This podcast is discipleship, an invitation to awaken your true self, find God’s presence, and allow His love to transform each part of your life. Priscilla is a Licensed Clinical Therapist who entered this field to help others find healing from emotional wounds and trauma, but she quickly realized true healing was not possible without the love of God. She has then introduced faith into her treatment care for others and invites all to journey with God for their well-being. Haley has her Masters in Leadership Studies with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation. She is a Mentor, Spiritual Director, and Creative! Haley seeks for all to discover freedom and their royal identity in Christ. Her heart is to mentor youth and counsel women in all seasons of life. She believes every person has a beautiful calling on their life and wants to walk with others into their true, whole beloved self. We will tackle hard conversations and explore a wide range of topics related to spirituality, psychology and relationships. We will be using our educational background and experience in mental health, theology and leadership to challenge current norms, broaden your awareness, and encourage your faith. We invite you to embark on this journey together. We promise to have fun, learn, laugh, cry and pray together. 71. Jesus Girl Sumer | Pt 2

Hola Amiga!  What if slowing down isn't falling behind, but making room for God to lead? In Episode 2 of Jesus Girl Summer, we go deeper into the invitation to live at a different pace—the pace of Jesus. In a world that constantly tells us to hustle, achieve, stay busy, and keep up, God invites us into something radically different: rest, retreat, and relationship. This episode explores what happens when we intentionally step away from the noise and create space to hear God's voice. Sometimes we don't need another strategy, another opportunity, or another five-step plan. Sometimes we simply need to get quiet enough to listen. We talk about the difference between resting in God and running from God, and how retreating can become a spiritual practice rather than an escape. When we make space for prayer, silence, Scripture, and stillness, we become more attentive to the Holy Spirit's gentle guidance. But listening requires surrender. The Holy Spirit may lead us somewhere we didn't expect. He may ask us to wait when we want to move, release something we've been holding onto, or slow down when everything in us wants to speed up. Learning to recognize His leading requires cultivating a life that isn't so full of noise that we can't hear. We also explore Sabbath as an act of trust. Sabbath reminds us that our worth isn't determined by our productivity and that the world will keep turning even when we stop. Rest becomes a declaration that God is our provider—not our hustle, our accomplishments, our plans, or our ability to control outcomes. This episode is an invitation to stop asking, “What am I supposed to be accomplishing right now?” and begin asking: “Jesus, where are You inviting me to slow down, listen, and follow?” Maybe this season isn't about doing more. Maybe it's about being with Him more. Maybe the breakthrough isn't found in another thing to pursue, but in the courage to become still enough to receive what God is already saying. 65. The Art of Writing with Christianne Gillespie [Szn 4, Ep 5]

Hola Amiga!  In today's episode our guest, Christianne explores writing not just as a skill, but as a calling—one that reflects creativity rooted in God’s own nature. She opens by reminding listeners that the first storyteller is God Himself, who authored creation with intention, beauty, and purpose. From this perspective, writing becomes an act of worship: a way to mirror His truth, express His love, and bring light into the world. Christianne shares practical insights on developing a consistent writing habit, encouraging listeners to begin with prayer and invite the Holy Spirit into their creative process. She emphasizes that writing doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful—God often works through our imperfections to communicate His message. Whether journaling, storytelling, blogging, or devotional writing, she urges writers to focus on authenticity over performance. A key theme in the episode is overcoming fear and self-doubt. Christianne addresses common struggles like writer’s block and comparison, grounding her advice in Scripture—reminding listeners that their identity and worth are found in Christ, not in external validation. She encourages writers to see their words as seeds that God can use to encourage, heal, and inspire others. The episode closes with a gentle challenge: to write faithfully, even when no one is watching, trusting that God sees every effort and can multiply it beyond what we imagine. Christianne leaves listeners with the reminder that writing, when surrendered to God, becomes more than expression—it becomes ministry.
