Is failure always the fault of the individual in question? In some settings, particularly business ones, there's an overwhelming perception that "you make your own success". However, is this necessarily the case - could circumstances conspire in a way that make failure an almost inevitably.     Stacey has a unique story about her experience of starting a business. She had spent over 25 years working in corporate America, and had become senior vice president, before deciding to strike out on her own.  However, she did something a bit different to other entrepreneurs, and chose to buy a franchise.
