    E42: HONORING EARTH'S GREAT ANCESTORS

    There are many voices that have been lost in the time we are now living in. Yet they are still here, supporting us as kin. Today’s episode is dedicated to the ancestors who have been here providing life to us all. Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon, Grandmother Ocean, Grandfather Sun, and Grandfather Fire. Those who I feel we have forgotten in this day and age. When we allow ourselves to remember the connections we once held with these ancestors, we are better able to reconnect with OUR spirit. So today I wish to re-spark something within us all. A remembrance of our connection to family. Our Earth Family. The family that lives all around us.     E41: LOOKING FEAR IN THE EYES

    Fear is the product of our unconscious imagination. It stems from the hidden parts within us that we don’t give a voice to. It slowly creeps into our awareness, needing to be heard, and threatening us from behind.  When we talk about living a healthy life and enjoying ourselves, THE ONE THING that stops us from this- is fear. And most of the time we’re unconscious to it. We don’t even realize that fear is THE THING that is stopping us. So how can we build a better relationship with fear? How can we look at our unprocessed memories, and bring more awareness to our shadows? How can we befriend fear, and see it as a teacher? As a friend?     E38: HIGHLY INTUITIVE KIDS ft. Ellen Edmondson

    It’s very common for families, teachers, and adults to dismiss the gifts many of us come into this world with as young children. It seems intuition, until recently, has not been a topic that is often understood, used, and therefore discussed. Imaginary friends… They’re not real. Impactful dreams… They don’t mean anything. Premonitions… They’re not valid. Emotional intelligence… WHATS THAT?  When we disregard these gifts within us, or within our children, we create blockages that stop ourselves from being able to feel and see. Blockages that stop us from being able to connect with spirt, use our gifts, and find our purpose!  Join me today with special guest Ellen Edmondson, founder of support group Highly Intuitive Kids! Today we will discuss the special journey her and her husband have been through, and the struggles they have dealt with from raising a highly intuitive child. How can we bring more awareness to this topic to better support our children, and give them a community of like minded souls to flourish an grow, while staying connected to their intuitive and empathic abilities.  MEET ELLEN Ellen Edmondson is the founder of an organization called Highly Intuitive Kids. She herself, is also the mother of a highly intuitive child, and stepped into her own intuitive abilities shortly after her son was born. She first noticed her son's unique experiences when he was 2 years old and just starting to talk more clearly. He began telling her and her husband about experiences he had when he was older-in a previous lifetime- the details were too specific and clear to be from the imagination of a 2 year old. He also began talking about his interactions with deceased loved ones. Not sure how to handle this, due to the lack of support on this topic, her and her husband created Highly Intuitive Kids as a wonderful resource and community for both children, and parents of children, who are learning how to maneuver thorough an often misunderstood world.     E35: WHAT IS REALITY? ft. NASA Rocket Scientist, Shehnaz Soni

    Have you ever wondered how our reality works? What is it that propels us? Slows us down? Connects us to each other? Is it really just a simulation that we’re all living in? Is there something that science is missing, and are we really alone? Today we are joined by NASA rocket scientist Shehnaz Soni who splits her time between both the science of classical physics and the spirit of our quantum world. Perhaps the magic so many of us seek lies right in the middle, just waiting to be discovered! MEET SHEHNAZ Shehnaz was born and raised in a patriarchal culture in Karachi, Pakistan, where women are groomed, expected to be wives and homemakers, and not even encouraged to go to school. Despite being raised in a culturally imposed cage, she followed her inner voice, completed her high school education as the valedictorian and continued engineering at the University of Karachi. At the age of 21, Shehnaz’s first transformational journey brought her to Los Angeles via an arranged marriage where the path of challenging lessons emotionally charged experiences, and roadblocks including cultural/language barriers began. She later went on to hold her current position as an Aerospace Engineer for NASA as a Senior System Engineer for the Artemis Program.
