She started her dietetics degree by getting her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Rutgers University where she double minored in Biology and Psychology. From there, she went on to complete her internship and master’s degree to become a dietitian at Wellness Workdays where she had an emphasis in Sports Nutrition and Entrepreneurship. Since becoming an RD, Patricia has had the opportunity to work with multiple populations most notably, the United States Rowing Team, weight loss surgery, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease, renal disease and most recently, geriatrics. When Patricia isn't working at her full-time job, she is increasing her social media presence. Patricia hopes to reach larger audiences of working women like herself using an anti-diet, individualized approach in nutrition and fitness.
