Self Love is the Best Kind of Love

We tend to rob ourselves of one of the most important things that we need and that is self love. This episode talks about the importance of self love and showing up for yourself. Wanting Better vs Doing Better

People tend to get stuck on the idea of wanting better, but they do not actually do anything to get the things they want; at least not enough. You have to realize that in order to grow, you are going to have to step out your comfort zone and apply major pressure to make things happen for yourself. The universe cannot give you what you ask for if your energy is not aligned with those desires. With hard work and dedication, anyone, even YOU, can begin doing better rather being stuck in the vicious cycle of just "wanting."
