    Today we're talking about the fear of looking "bulky" as a result of lifting heavy weights at the gym instead of looking lean or toned...  This is something I was worried about for such a long time when I was trying to lose fat, so in this episode I debunk the myths and talk about what causes the "bulky" look and what to do to avoid it in a healthy and sustainable way.
