Greetings and welcome to my podcast. My name is AuMaya I am an eschatologist, here to remind you of why you came to Mother Earth. By sharing aspects of my experiences in this life time; my reflection allows others to visualize within their own lives to seek, examine, and unearth the shadow self in order to bring forth balance, harmony and preservation by activating your higher-self mind.     Breath Mediation- Meditation Edition

    The breath, so subtle yet so massive in its ability to guide and control our lives. From our moods to our digestion, the breath is the gate way back to source. Think about it. If you were to lose your breath right now ( exhale everything out and hold the breath) you would go into a panic and the brain would start telling you all types of alarming things that will cause the body to tense up and shut down. Dizziness is lack of breath awareness, fatigue is lack of breath control, fear, anger, sadness are responses to lack of breath control and awareness. It's time to get back to your origins of breath. The root to all that the mind, body and spirit needs in order to become The Temple of God or the Soul Of Man ( Solomon), the food for the soul and the bodies nutrients to balance mind and longer life span. The breath can heal the body. It can cure all aliments of imbalance from upper respiratory infections to psychological impurities of the mind. Study to know thyself.

This can be dangerous because then you give up on your purpose and why you came here in the first place.
