    48. Untangling The Knots with Alison Zamora

We’re chatting with Alison Zamora, an experience designer, writer, and guided journaling facilitator. Alison's journey is a powerful reminder that sometimes, we have to completely shake things up in order to realign with our truest selves. Alison shares her experience of walking away from her corporate job with no plan in sight—side note: required reading for this ep. is her Substack article, “Macrodosing On Gratitude,” go read that first and then come back and listen. She believed that quitting would solve all her problems. Been there, am I right?? But instead, she found herself in a whirlwind of emotions, questioning everything she thought she wanted in life. She talks openly about how uncomfortable it was to feel so misaligned, and how that discomfort eventually led her to uncover deeper clarity about who she truly is. We dive into her reflections on how journaling became a lifeline for processing those tough moments, giving her the space to express what she couldn’t yet say out loud. Alison also shares how owning her "mistakes" and embracing the messy middle of her journey helped her step into a more authentic, aligned version of herself. If you're feeling stuck or uncertain, this conversation is a must-listen, friends. It's all about giving yourself grace, trusting the process, and knowing that the discomfort you feel now might just be the catalyst for your next big breakthrough. 46. What Doesn't Kill You, Texts You Six Months Later

How many times have you yearned for your ex to see their wrongs and come crawling back into your life? How many TikTok tarot videos have you watched or journal entries have you dedicated to your past loves imagining that “if we got back together, this time will be different for us and it will all work out.” 👀 Absolutely no judgment, friend. I’ve been there!  I feel like it’s a passage of navigating love, to experience at least one relationship where you feel like the other one got away. From what I learned though, they actually do always come back, in some form or another, it’s not always in the way you anticipated but they find their way... If you are listening to this single and/or heartbroken, you might find some comfort in realizing that he or she will return one day... However, I encourage you to use this knowledge to empower you and instead love and work on yourself. Because let’s be real, the “right” person wouldn’t have even walked away from you in the first place.  In this episode, we’re also sharing hilarious, awkward and cutesy Valentine's Day stories from Reddit and submitted by listeners.    TIMESTAMPS 00:00 Introduction  01:26 January Is Finally Over...
