    I am Zingisa Socikwa, a mentee of Dudu Msomi, the host of the Wisdom Personified Conversation with Dudu Msomi having a conversation that is deeply personal to me. To me, this isn’t simply an interview. It about sharing a journey that I have had the honour to learn from. A path shaped by courage, clarity, and the quiet unfolding of a woman committed to her purpose. Dudu Msomi has been my #mentor, my guide, and a profound source of grounding. Dudu Msomi is a thinker, a keeper of #wisdom, a cultivator of #leadership, and a woman who has walked her path with intention, grace, and a fire that never needed permission to burn. Today, we enter the heart of her journey. The lessons that shaped her. The valleys that refined her. The strength that was grown quietly, in the unseen places.     Ntsiki Biyela is a trailblazing South African #winemaker and businesswoman, renowned as the country's first African female winemaker. Ntsiki received a scholarship to study Wviticulture and oenology at #StellenboschUniversity. After graduating in 2003, she joined #Stellekaya Wines, where she worked for 13 years, eventually as head winemaker. In 2009, she was named South Africa's Woman Winemaker of the Year. In 2016, she launched her own brand, #Aslina Wines, named in honour of her beloved grandmother. Biyela is an international figure, exporting her premium wines globally, and a dedicated mentor who serves on the board of the Pinotage Youth Development Academy to help disadvantaged youth enter the industry. Fatima continues to grow, explore, and shine in all she does. Clara Letsaolo graduated from the Vaal University of Technology with a BTECH in Industrial Engineering. Furthered her studies with a post graduate diploma in business management at Regenesys Business School. She is a supportive person who believes in bringing out the best in others. Clara is curious about learning new things, improving her life and of those around her. She says about herself, "To those that don't know me I appear to be unapproachable, but deep down, I’m warm and always willing to share knowledge and experience".     Randall #Pinkett and Jeffrey #Robinson in their book, Black Faces in White Places: 10 Game-Changing Strategies to Achieve Success and Find Greatness said, “If experience is the best teacher, learning from someone else’s experience is a close second”. I concur. Which is why I established the Busara Leadership Mentoring Journey. Today I am talking to two alumni of the Busara Leadership Mentoring Journey, I call ‘Busareans’. #Busara means #wisdom in Kiswahili. So in short. These are the Wise Ones Alfred Mashiya is an #entrepreneur in financial services and retail. He is successfully operating two financial services providers; one where he serves as a director of the OFS Group and as the broker principal for Mashiya Consultancy. He is an astute business investor and runs a successful male boutique in Africa’s 3rd largest mall, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre in Pretoria, South Africa. I also have Lebogang Moemise with me. Lebo, as she is commonly called is a Chartered Accountant by training. She is presently the Economic Development Analytical Specialist at Seriti Green. #Leadership is not measured by how much we receive, but by how much we return to the world with gratitude.
