    Hey y'all, I'm Priz. I'm the creator and admin of the Instagram comedy accounts @thisisafleshprison (100K followers) and @thisisadigitalprison (30K followers), writer of the substack This is a Written Prison and this is my podcast This is an Existential Prison. In this introductory episode, I basically do a quick and easy 45-minute dive into my life story. I talk about the struggles of growing up with ADHD in the Deep South, my former heroin addiction and alcoholism, how I recovered, my relationship with creativity before and after getting sober, and where I am now, and I even get interrupted by an e-mail alert a few times.
