This pod cast provides so much information about and in the field. If you want to be a dispatcher this is a great resource. If you are a dispatcher this is a FANTASTIC resource. We learn the best and the most from those who have been there, done that. Ashley draws those people in and gives them the space to share all their knowledge.
I just can’t say enough good things.
EVERY dispatchers should listen to this. EVER dispatch manger, chief, boss, and dispatch supervisor should be required to listen.
