Your 20s is a weird time. No one knows what they are doing. There are so many different options you can take but it can be so overwhelming. Its a bit of a nuisance when you speak to people older than you and they repeatedly say “your 20s are the best years of your life”. It puts a constant pressure on us that if we are not living our 20s to the fullest, then we are wasting this decade. Well, this is why I started the LifesTeachers podcast where I help you to navigate your 20s. 20. The Danger that Hustle Culture can cause you

It seems that the message that is portrayed online is that in order for you to attain success, "you must outwork the competition, put your head down and just grind". Yes, this works in the short term but in the long term this is doing you more harm than good. If you are just constantly working towards your goal, not giving yourself the appropriate rest, sacrificing sleep, relationships and both your mental and physical health, you can do some serious harm to yourself. The thing is if you are working towards your goal and you sacrifice your relationships in order to reach it, who are you going to celebrate with when you achieve it? On today’s episode, we discuss "The Danger that Hustle Culture can cause you" I debunk: 👉 The harm hustle culture can cause 👉 The importance in involving your loved ones in working towards your goals 👉 How being a “lone wolf” can be a detriment to you 👉 How taking MORE BREAKS means you can get MORE WORK done 👉 The surprising reason why you may be working so hard 👉 + many more topicsIf you are someone who is working tirelessly to achieve their goals, then this is episode the for you.Thank you for tuning into today's episode!
