To push the edges of the comfort zone and how to deal with the irritability that comes with feeling fearful. It's actually possible to tell yourself no. You are not your emotions, thoughts, sensations, habits, impulses... that is how your unconscious mind communicates with your conscious mind.     If the mind attaches value and interest to something impossible, it creates a loop. The mind sends sensations to get you to do something that physically cannot be done right this second.  It doesn’t understand that. It only sees present tense.
