When deciding to take anti-depressants back in 2020 I had to shift my understanding of what medicine is there to do. Thinking of it as a support rather than a mask. In this episode I dive into how I believe the spiritual world can leave people feeling shamed for their choices and how I imagine us approaching medicine in the future - where eastern and western meet in beautiful harmony.
